    i have brougth videocon zeus . Its currently running on android 1.6 . Can you give me the procedure to upgrade it to froyo.

    I've been bit busy of late. I will post the process in detail. Wanted to just test out few more ROMS, ther pro's and cons. Also how to backup and reverse the process incase you need to use warranty. Will have it all this weekend.

    @Sumeet, Sanjay: can u please tell me hows the interface of the phone if u have already used it for some time...Does the phone hang often or something??..And is the user experience smooth?..and also the price at which u got the set..and also if u wer able to successfully upgrade it and run it without any issues...

    UI is smooth. stock rom has no issues, though official 2.1 update slows it down to480mhz.
    its price in bombay is around 10.5k. i'll recommend buying spice mi-300 it is exactly same phone with trackball and costs 1k less.
